Absolutely WONDERFUL service here. Went here because I know they offer free air for tires and thought they must be a good place. They were able to take me in so quick when my regular mechanic was all booked up. They fully scanned my car and told me all the things I should fix but let me know which ones needed to be done ASAP and which ones could be done at a later date. I had come back another day for air and it was not working so I asked for some help and the man at the front desk helped me fill all 4 tires right away! Very thankful for the service they provided, and all the men were so lovely! Thank you! My car has been driving much better!

This was my vehicles first time at McPhail's. For 6 years it has always been serviced at the dealership. I have finally decided to join my wife and daughter who have had their vehicles serviced at McPhails for years. Everything was great, from setting up the appointment with Tom the service advisor to dropping it off and getting it back when I was told it would be ready. Not to mention the car was washed. The communication was great. I was delighted with the great service and at a reasonable price. I don't know why it took me so long to join my wife there.

I came across McPhail’s Auto recently when I had a flat tire. I was able to bring my car in that same morning, and the team quickly accommodated a VERY tight turn-around to get my car back on the road for me. The customer service and quality of care was incredible!

I've been taking my VW for 3 years now to McPhail, and am very glad I found them! I've had to make tough decisions about when a car is worth continuing to repair, necessary vs. nice repairs, and have had problems I expected to be thousands of dollars that they solve for $200. If you're looking for a mechanic you trust, I highly recommend them.

Top score and sincere appreciation to Scott for taking a full 30 minutes to talk through my car's issues, scan it, diagnose it and refer me to a transmission specialist who was able to fix my car at a reasonable price. I came to this McPhail from the West Mountain because they were highly recommended and did not disappoint.

I have found the local community garage that is full of wonderful people, great mechanics and takes the time to explain the work needing to be done. They also provide updates on the progress of the work and looked after my car with very short notice. McPhail Auto is someplace that I will continue to use for all my auto repair needs. Fast, friendly, and reliable service! I came in for a tire change and was very impressed by how smooth the whole experience was. The team was super welcoming from the service advisor Dan to the technician Justin. They had me in and out much faster than I expected. They took the time to make sure everything was balanced and double-checked, and even gave me tips on tire maintenance moving forward. The pricing was clear and reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for future services!
